From the moment I arrived, the staff at Jerba Sun Club greeted me with kindness and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the workers, including the receptionists, cleaners, and gardeners, were all friendly and helpful. I appreciated their warm smiles and willingness to assist whenever needed. the animation team provided a lot of entertainment, making my stay even more enjoyable. the swimming pool was clean and the perfect place to relax. Plus, the food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes offered daily.

Decent place for exploring Djerba. It had excellent facilities and service, they offered free Wi-Fi. Location is in the center of the city. We were surprised by the garden too.

Basic amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and towels were a nice addition 👍. the service is worthy of its 3-star rating.

Wifi connection was spotty.

The hotel is located near the beach and shops, which is convenient. the location next to a casino provides entertainment. the rooms are clean and the service is good. Breakfast offers a decent variety. the swimming pools are clean and the animation team is fun.

Good staff and clean pool

During my recent city trip, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel with two major advantages: friendly staff and a clean pool. The staff were always happy to help and make recommendations for local attractions. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which made it a great place to relax and cool down after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel was located in a central area, making it easy to access local restaurants and shops.

There were also some negative aspects to the hotel. the rooms were outdated and in need of some improvements.

We had a spacious room for 4 people, delicious and varied food daily, amazing beach, wonderful nightly animation, friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent entertainment and animation team made my stay unforgettable. The energy and enthusiasm of the new animation team led by Dino created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my vacation. They were always available to listen and address any concerns. The shows were amazing and the dance floor was never empty. I had a fantastic time thanks to the animation team.
